League Signup

Each league will last 10 calendar weeks depending on holidays.

3 weeks of league seeding - 7:30PM - 10:00PM

7 weeks of regular season league - 7:30PM - 10:00PM

Teams can choose to play on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

Players sign up as a team.

Teams must pay for the first week in advance.

Teams must provide the names of all team members.

All Team members must complete the registration before league or their team may be ejected.

Competitions are held across all Birdie’s Golf Lounge Locations.

After the 3 week seeding period, teams are divided into flights.

4-Person Team Scramble for all seeding and regular season weeks.

4 Person Scramble: Each player hits a ball and the players decide which of the balls to use. Play continues from that ball and all players hit until the ball is holed or a gimme is conceded. Each team will compete against all other teams in their flight.

Week 1-3: Seeding - 4 Person Scramble

Scores will then be reset and the regular season will commence.

Week 4-10: Regular Season - 4 Person Scramble

Scoring is based on the score of the team

An entire team wins their league flight.

Scores compete within the flight.

Strokes for each week are added together and the lowest score wins.

If a team fails to complete the league event of a certain week a default 74 score will be added to their score during the pre-season. For in season events the score will be the worst score in the flight plus 4 strokes.

For example if on week 5 a team does not play the event, and the worst score for the week in that flight is 65, then the score for the absent team would be 69.

In case of ties:

The final week a scorecard playoff will be conducted of the final week's score.

No substitutes will be allowed.

Teams are responsible for the entire weekly fee.

Teams will have 3 weeks to play each league event. If a team member is incapacitated or unable to play, the team may proceed with 3 players, or request a permanent substitute. Permanent substitutes must be requested within the first 5 weeks of the league. If a team choses to continue with fewer players they may not hit a 4th ball.

Teams can request removal from the league with a $100 per person fee.

All scores in A flight win prizes.

Lowest 2 scores in flights B & C.

Prizes will either be shipped to each player, or will be available in their Birdie's location for pickup.

All rounds are video recorded.

Cheating results in an event disqualification (score of 74 for missed or disqualified rounds).

Multiple abuses may result in ejection from the league and removal fee penalty of $100.

Mulligans for the most part will not be allowed. If there is an extenuating misread or course situation the team may take a mulligan. A staff will later review mulligans and if it is deemed to not be a misread or a justifiable course situation a two stroke penalty will be assessed.

Men who on average hit the ball 250 yards and under from sea level play from the whites, or it's equivalent.

Men who on average hit the ball over 250 yards from sea level play from the blue tees, or it's equivalent.

7:00pm on the designated day is when the facility will open for league play. Teams must tee off by 7:30pm or a two stroke penalty may be assessed.

If the team is playing a different day or is doing a makeup, that rule may change.

A team may need to play their league event on a different day or a different time. The team will let a staff member know at least 24 hours before their regularly scheduled league day. That staff member will be able to then book a bay for the team on the date and time they need to play.
